What happens when I hit the free search limit?
Once you've used your 100 free searches, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Your trip history and account remain intact — you just need a paid plan to run new checks.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime from your Account Settings via the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between Single Month and Monthly subscription?
Single Month ($10) is a one-time payment — no recurring charges, access for 30 days. Monthly ($8/mo) is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
What AI model do paid users get?
Free users are served by Gemini 2.5 Flash. Paid users get Gemini 2.5 Pro — a more capable model that produces more detailed and accurate customs guidance.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe. CustomsCheck never stores your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
